(ජී.ඒ.ශෙහාන් දේවින්ද සමරනායක) born February 07, 1995),in kegalle District,Sri Lanka.his Father is Henry Rajendra Samaranayake ,Mother is Priyanthi Samaranayake and his sister is Dushyanthi Samaranayake. better known by his adopted name "Shehan",he studied at the kegalu Vidyalaya,kegalle District and then he graduated from the school in 2014 as a biology student.when he studying at the grade 6 he could involve with the school western music unit and then he could became a well talented Flutist.when he studying at the grade 9, he selected as a Euphonium player for the school orchestra by the school western_music unit.and then he performed lots of symphonies as a euphonium player.In 2013 he performed a song and a Hip-hop dance for the "leginda '13" Music festival.Then he won the duke of Edinburgh international youth bronze award in 2014. he is a new Sri Lankan vocalist and a music composer.he released his first song "adare" featuring Jandy in 2009.but unfortunately he lose of the ownership of that song cause of a copyrights problem.then he released his new single in 2014 "Sihanada Paradamin " for the 73rd anniversary of kegalu Vidyalaya.it was a fusion of rock and electro pop.
