Marvel case[edit]
Sorry I mistakenly referred to you as unregistered. Wrong word. I confused lack of user page with lack of registration. However, your addition of the large, brightly colored, and garish Marvel Comics template is inappropriate. The article has nothing to do with Marvel Comics, as such. It is about whether the Court should overrule a precedent in patent misuse law because of antitrust policy versus retaining it because of patent policy. It is about a legal controversy that has little or nothing to do with the matters covered in articles about Marvel Comics. It is about patents.
