Hello Dr Sarat KK -- I've moved this to draft (Draft:Sarat Kumar Kotamraju) so that you try to address concerns regarding promotion and lack of notability. However, you should be aware that autobiographical articles are strongly discouraged. Please read WP:Autobiography before editing the draft further. If you decide to continue, then you must submit the draft to the WP:Articles for creation review service so that they can determine whether or not it is suitable. If you move it to mainspace, or recreate it there, it is very likely to end up deleted and this account might also be blocked.

I don't believe the threshold of WP:PROF is met, based on citations in Google Scholar for "Sarat Kumar Kotamraju", unless another name is used. Another relevant guideline would be WP:AUTHOR, based on multiple reviews of authored books. Espresso Addict (talk) 02:00, 27 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
