Why can't I edit Wikipedia?

Request reason:

I just started and was not aware of the name regulations, I am now. My website is for the first place an information website for HDPE and Rotomolded (poly) boats. This is what you can see on the start page. These boat types are unknown by many people, that's why I wanted to add my site to Wikipedia and I would also like to add some information about the production process and the history of rotomolded boats, what started in the 1963. I hope you give me the opportunity to do this. Beside this I have seen links of suppliers on the same pages. We also have a rotomolded Panga boat on the site and this comes with a nice story for Wikipedia. This is a fishing boat, introduced to survive hurricanes
