Proposed deletion of Parnellville[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Parnellville, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

I have nominated Parnellville, an article that you created, for deletion. Please do not add hoaxes to Wikipedia. Hoaxes are caught and marked for deletion shortly after they are created. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method is to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia – and then to correct them if possible. Please don't disrupt Wikipedia in an attempt to test our ability to detect and remove such material. Mayors of Parnell[edit]

I notice that you added a couple of people to the list of former mayors of Parnell, New Zealand, but the Borough of Parnell had amalgamated with Auckland City by the dates you list. Accordingly, they cannot have been official mayors, and do not appear in the reference given. I'm interested to know from where you got their names and what their actual status may have been.-gadfium 18:29, 3 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
