Thank you for making me aware that the tone of the article sounded promotional, I have no intent or outside relationship with the company. I do specialize in the industry and have been writing research in customer service for a number of years.

My goal was just being thorough, I apologize for not remaining very factual.

Managing a conflict of interest[edit]
