Psychtoolbox now deleted for same reasons. I deleted your article because

it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. It is only sourced to an obviously non-independent site
It was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. If I say "Spurs are the world's greatest team", that's promotional even if nobody is paying me to say it, unless I can produce solid references and data to back my assertion. Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: It allows academic researchers to develop experiments in Java as an alternative to existing software packages... platform independent and runs identically on all platforms... suitable for any operating system on any platform... universal applicability to a wide range...
