Gman blues delete

I recently read your deletion comments about myself (gman Blues) and was astounded that so much time was spent analyzing me and what I've done. Thank you so much! I didn't make the cut but I can agree with your comments; they were reasonable (that is within good reason).

The only point that I would like to clarify is that the author of all the articles with the same name, and me the musician are one in the same. The other hats I wear (carpenter, Studio engineer etc.) were stops along the way. They are all legitimate titles, accomplished skills, and posts that I served on this life's journey. One new title that I find myself adding lately is "excellent sandwich maker" although it doesn't add to my notoriety, it is true that I am guilty of making on heckofa sandwich when I put my mind to it.

I really want to make the cut and be in wiki, but I want it to be REAL and not some social-engineering tactic. I just have to keep doing more notable stuff. I see that I'm referred to as "non-notable musician Gary Wesselhoff". This makes me wonder how far away I am from being notable.

Any guidlines? Any thoughts at all would be most welcome. Thanks again for taking the time to analyze the point of reference where I'm at now.

A heads up note

Hello Redfarmer. I suspect that you will see this anyway as it looks like you take care or the Last of the Summer Wine pages, but, I wanted to let you know that - for some unknown reason - User:Cooksi altered the template for the show with this edit [1]. The user then removed the template from the pages for numerous actors, directors etc connected with the show. I have restored everything back to where it was. I don't know if this is a newbie run amuck or what. As I don't have any of these pages (except for Michael Aldridge) on my watchlist I wanted to make you aware of the situation so that you can keep an eye on things. I don't know if you want to post some kind of warning on the users talk page or if you want to blank the talk page for the template. I will leave these decisions up to you. Last of the Summer Wine - Aunty Wainwright

Hi...I see you've changed the spelling from Auntie to Aunty, citing the end credits. Is this from the current series? I only ask because a quick check of earlier episodes shows that it was normally spelt Auntie, as in the following screenshots

It seems odd, if they've suddenly changed the spelling after all this time, and I wonder whether it was a mistake (how many episodes has she been credited as Aunty on?). If it wasn't, and she continues to be credited as Aunty, it'd probably be worth mentioning the change in her entry and also it'll need changing throughout the article (she's mentioned in Smiler's entry and also Wainwright the librarian's entry as well). Template:editsemiprotected already exists? Where?

At Wikipedia:Articles_for_creation/2008-06-08#Template:editsemiprotected you denied an AfC on the grounds that the article already existed.

At User_talk:Redfarmer/Archives/2008/June#AFC_:_Template:editsemiprotected I asked where it already existed. It was moved to the archive page without any response in either talk page.

Could I reiterate the request? I need the template again, and going hunting for the source is annoying. If it already exists, I'd like to use it.

Your recently changed the Summer Wine piece about Sallis and Thornton being on location, but in the U.K series 29 has begun airing and they both are on location, you can change it back or alter it, but check next time.
