Mariam Chubinidze[edit]

Hi Rachel, my name is Jethro. The article you've created on Mariam Chubinidze is not quite appropriate for Wikipedia, mostly because it is too soon for her to have one. Based on the claims you've made in the article, she does not quite meet the notability criteria for singers nor the general notability guideline. Hits on YouTube are not a metric we use here to measure notability, and although she has some claims to win prizes, these do not appear to be particularly high-profile competitions in vocals. If Mariam meets any of the criteria that I previously mentioned, please mention it on the article and find a source to verify it. Otherwise, if Mariam later becomes notable, an article would be more appropriate then. I'm sorry if you find this frustrating, but we need to have thresholds for these sorts of matters, and those are the ones that the community has agreed upon.
