Jennifer and a legion of single purpose accounts argue in similar ways to keep the article. Do you think a sock puppet investigation is justified at this point? Edison (talk) 04:26, 6 October 2010 (UTC)

I say,

Your speedy deletion of pages is faster than my editing and improvement actions. I am sorry that I didn't get a single chance to respond on the first comments that I found this morning in message box. It must be a timezone issue I suppose. I'll start reading the wikipedia guideline again to see what I missed when I created the first version of my page.

I hope next time you will help me improve the page by editing it and moving it in the right direction instead of a speedy deletion.

Earl of Guilford page

I'm a bit new to this so may not know exactly how to make clear what I was doing. You removed a link in the Earl of Guilford page, saying it was a pay for download site and no relevance shown. In fact, the site is only partly by subscription, and the relevance is that the non-subscription part contains a substantial amount of detail about the Earls of Guilford and the family. How exactly do I make this relevance clear? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jhfwhiteley (talkcontribs) 07:57, 8 October 2010 (UTC)

Thank you for your advice.

I'm sorry for all the fuss. I didn't know my User talk page. Now,I see what you're saying.--Koji Okada (talk) 19:11, 8 October 2010 (UTC)

Any authentic reason to delete this article or you simply dont want any body to create any christian article. you should first get information about the article and its authenticity. you can visit its website and you will get to know that its not any organisation or company its simply an Church. marsh 16:27, 10 October 2010 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Marshmir (talkcontribs)

Editing "Goodbody Stockbrokers"

I refer Snr. Peridon to the text within the following :

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Neutral_point_of_view

I would suggest that the standing content of the "Goodbody Stockbrokers" page veers from this basic ethos. —Preceding unsigned comment added by DangerMouse66 (talkcontribs) 11:57, 11 October 2010 (UTC)

Editing "Goodbody Stockbrokers"

I think I'd take spam over border-line defamitory any day.

As this is unlikely to be resolved with any degree of fairness or neutrality, please delete the page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by DangerMouse66 (talkcontribs) 12:12, 11 October 2010 (UTC)

Will the Farter Page

Hello Sir! I just added a reference and will be adding more to the Will the Farter page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Black84 (talkcontribs) 19:57, 11 October 2010 (UTC)

Thank you

I appreciate your help in stopping my user page being vandalised (I like it, obviously the vandal is not an art lover). More importantly you have helped give a neutral informed point of view which is the fundamental beauty of Wikipedia and does not just reproduce corporate spam. I have taken the liberty of adding a barnstar to your user page. Best wishes,Skreen (talk) 18:21, 12 October 2010 (UTC)

Hail fellow well met!

Hello again, Peridon/Archives/2010 … I can't remember how long it's been (or what my IP was at the time), but it has been a while since our last encounter, so seeing your sig at this AfD gave me an inclination to ping! you … thnx fer the revert, BTW … it was one of those things I thought best left to Some Other Editor. :-)

Happy Editing! — 71.166.157.40 (talk · contribs) 23:13, 13 October 2010 (UTC)

Running it through an online translator does not count as translated. Please see here. HalfShadow 20:57, 14 October 2010 (UTC)

No worries; an admin says running it through an online translator doesn't apply, so I'm just tagging it as I should. I don't really care one way or the other. I've reverted to your version for now, since I know an eye is being kept on itHalfShadow 21:03, 14 October 2010 (UTC)
Or not Sheesh... HalfShadow 21:06, 14 October 2010 (UTC)
I did try. HalfShadow 21:08, 14 October 2010 (UTC)

I understand what you mean. The project is really new... full of ideas and project. I have to say excuse. In the site the most developed project is the Repertoire Library. I put it readable by everyone. Now also the book selection is readable by everyone. Thank you to made me reflect on this point. Hoping the external link now can stay on the Bass Clarinet Page. As soon as possible (e.g. when they will be ready) I will add the other project! Stefanocardo. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Stefanocardo (talkcontribs) 14:37, 18 October 2010 (UTC)

Jain AFD

There should be a barnstar for articles this fun to investigate...

I am getting into speculation now, so I didn't want to further add to the AfD, but I also suspect that the RSA/FRSA confusion is by design, and it seems like the subject of this article tries to capitalize on things like that... The Jain Group of Companies is almost completely comprised of companies with names who are remarkably similar to verifiable major companies and corporations:

Jain Group of Companies != Jain Group of Industries (a publicly traded company in India)
State Trading Corporation Limited != State Trading Corporation of India Limited (a government-owned company in India)
East India Company UK Ltd != East India Company London (the actual East India Company mentioned in the MSN article)
Sindabad Trading (who's logo is misspelled "Sindbad") != Sindbad Trading a US-based shipping company
Emirates Petroleum Plc != Emirates Petroleum Product Company
Cameroon Ispat != Ispat Industries (a major Indian steel company with an office in Cameroon)

User page on the Dutch Wikipedia

Hi there, I just saw your user page on the Dutch Wikipedia and I was wondering if you'd appreciate a grammar check. :)

The text on your user page should probably be something like this: "Ik ben een Engels auteur. Hoewel ik geen Nederlands spreek, kan ik het soms wel lezen."

The text on your talk page should probably be something like this: "Als u een bericht voor mij wilt achterlaten, gelieve dat dan te doen op http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Peridon" or "Als u een bericht voor mij wilt achterlaten, ga dan alstublieft naar http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Peridon".

Yours sincerely, Mathonius (talk) 21:01, 22 October 2010 (UTC)

Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2011

I've declined the speedy tag you placed on Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2011. The reason I declined it is because unreleased and unreferenced game of some sort - fails WP:CRYSTAL and shows no notability" not a reason for speedy deletion. Please note, however, that I nominated it for proposed deletion; and shouldsome user remove the tag - it should probably be brought to Articles for Deletion. Speedy deletion converted to PROD: Pac is Back

Hello Peridon. I am just letting you know that I have converted the speedy deletion tag that you placed on Pac is Back to a proposed deletion tag, because I do not believe CSD applies to the page in question. Thank you. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 18:18, 24 October 2010 (UTC)

Atpic page

Peridon, with the help of google, I added to the references section three papers mentioning Atpic, what do you think? They are not paper about Atpic but they mention Atpic as an example in their paper. I'd say that this shows somehow the notability of Atpic. Alexmadon (talk) 12:41, 26 October 2010 (UTC)

Oxygen Cocktail deletion

I don't understand why you consider the article as spam. You mentioned that it's simply a product. Yes it is. But there are articles about beer, cocktails, pizzas any sorts of fruit and vegetables. The oxygen cocktail is not the product of one particular company. It's just a kind of drink with specific qualities. And I provided a lot of scientific proof. Unfortunately it's only in Russian. I didn't advertise any company and any commercial product. You can't deny the fact that oxygen cocktails exist and are drunk in oxygen bars. The articles just shows what the oxygen cocktail is, how can we benefit from it, how it works and how to make this drink. Simple facts and scientific proof. No spam at all. From what I see I understand that people are just looking through articles and not reading them thoroughly. That's why people think it's spam when it's only discription of the drink, the particular kind of a drink. --EnJoyce (talk) 21:12, 26 October 2010 (UTC)

Circle of Seven Productions speedy deletion

RE: "Can I please refer you to WP:COI? If you aren't that Sheila English, please ignore this, of course." Thank you. That is very helpful. I think I can re-write this now with a more appropriate approach.

footballer speedies

Asserting that a person is on a notable team is at least an assertion of importance, and passes speedy; notability , of course, is another matter if they have never actually played. DGG ( talk ) 16:45, 31 October 2010 (UTC)
