How do I rename a file that I uploaded? File:Alpha Omega Veterans Services - War Memorial Transitional Housing Facility.JPG

The file name is incorrect and I need to remove the word Transitional or I need to delete this file and re-upload again with the correct name.

I am not directly affiliated with the organization. I recently became aware of it and the leadership told me that they don't have a means to have their history published on the web. As for my name, I chose it so that people knew who it was me who created the article and could express any objections directly to me. All of the information contained in the article is factual, true and fairly unbiased, in my opinion.
