Good start: the information here is nice, although I'm sure you're aware that you will eventually need to turn those bullet points into prose. I'd also encourage you to include more information about the factors that distinguish charity-based organizations from empowerment-based organizations. What's here looks pretty good! Once turned into prose, this would be in the "satisfactory" range. To move toward "exemplary", I'd like to see (1) more details about the sexual violence against women, and (2) more information about exactly what it means for FSL to have been recognized as an official language.
