Account blocked because of promotional use[edit]

So far, it appears that your only reason for participating in Wikipedia is to write about your own business. Under the conflict of interest guidelines, we all agree not to write about our own businesses. Now that you know that you won't be writing about your own business- no matter what your username is- do you still want an account? Request reason:

My site is a "how to" car detailing site and contains step by step instructions with pictorials and videos on how to detail and polish your car. It is not my business - it's an information website. I added links to Wikipedia to help answer questions about auto detailing.

I understand the policies and since I have links to my sponsor website within my site I can see how it might fall under your category for "spamming". If that is the case I will not pursue this any further.

Even if your site is totally non-commercial, it can still be promoted inappropriately. I'm glad to see you won't pursue this any farther. I'm not unblocking you, but I will alter your block to allow you to create a new account, if you want to contribute non-promoting material at some point.
