Merely mentioning the alleged source in an edit summary is not sufficient; you must cite it inline in accordance with Wikipedia policy. You also need to moderate your tone in accordance with Wikipedia's civility policy. Failure to abide by Wikipedia's policies will lead to you being blocked and your edits reverted on sight -- you were warned about this yesterday. I haven't seen Demiurge being incivil to you, and he is indeed quoting policy. If you cite a specific verifyable source for your statement, it will be included.
