Oswell Cole being deleted for third time

I have marked Oswell Cole to be speedy deleted. This is the third time around (see above). Simply put, most Wikipedia editors are not notable (see Wikipedia:Notability) enough to justify having an article. We are still free to put information about ourselves at our user pages (User:Oswellcole in your case). However, you must not move this to an article again.
