I'm called Moonriddengirl, and I put back the original image at the top of the article Body piercing, because I agree with the editor who put it back last time you changed it that the original photograph better illustrates the topic. Instead of a man with a single piercing, it is a man with multiple piercings - so the gender issue you describe in your edit summary is not really a factor, and the clarity of the piercing and the multiplicity of piercings seem better representative of the topic.
I realized when looking at the history that the last time you added the image you were using a different user name, User:OALiebowitz, and that you seem also to have uploaded and replaced images under the user name User:Oliver Liebowitz. It's fine to change accounts, but I'd like to make sure you know it can be problematic if you use multiple accounts contrary to rules. I'd recommend reviewing Wikipedia:Sockpuppetry for how to avoid that.
I also see that an editor cautioned you at one of your accounts around using images of yourself in ways that may seem more interested in displaying images of you instead of improving articles with the best images. There is nothing wrong with submitting photos of yourself to Commons- in fact, as long as you own the copyright (you were the photographer, for instance, instead of using a picture of you that somebody else took, to which you will not own copyright in almost all cases, unless you have a written contract), but I would advise using extra caution to work with other editors when you want to replace images in articles with such pictures. If people disagree, it is better to talk on the talk page than to continue to change the picture. This will help avoid any inadvertent impression of a conflict of interest and make it clearer to others that your interest is only in improving Wikipedia's content.
Since two editors have preferred the lead picture in Body piercing, I would ask that you gain consensus on the talk page before changing the image there again.
