WP:FRESHSTART disclousre[edit]
Full disclosure. I have operated vandal accounts in the past, I am trying to reform. I have kept this as a "Good guy" account that has not been used to for vandalism part from one "vintage sock" joke edit.
I have been diagnosed with conduct disorder and instead of vandalizing on the streets, rioting, or shooting people to death I have simply used to Wikipedia as a valve to let off steam.
I have now moved on, got a nice home of my own, finished college, got professional medical help and been discharged from mental health services. I will promise not to vandalize again on Wikimedia owned wikis if the following admins apologize to me.
Full disclosure, I am User:Norman Rogers. I want to use this as my main account from now on and not make any more sock puppet accounts.

If it means being banned from Wikipedia for another year, then at least make it official. I am not in a rush, I have been editing Wikipedia since 2002, I'm only 26 years old, I can reform and be positive editor again.

See above. I am typing this from my parent's house since I couldn't resist the temptation of making a "joke edit" and got check user blocked for another 3 months on my usual ip despite waiting out the bans slowly

- Because WP:AGF, Forgiveness, The Pope Resigning. I can give many reasons, but these admins have violated WP:NPA behind my back, What's good for the goose is good for the gander. I have been discussing this with oversight and stewards privatley, I want to try, but I am trying to make some comprimises with them.
- Vandals don't get to demand compromises or apologies. If you want to have any chance of ever being unblocked, you need to be able to demonstrate a lengthy vandal-free and sock-free period, and unconditionally agree to behave appropriately. -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 00:29, 4 March 2013 (UTC)

To all reviewers reading this, remember that I WP:IAR before many Wikipedians were born. It is 2013, I was 16 when I first edited Wikipedia, Why should teenagers beat up people who are only a few years away from being a teenager themsleves!
Decline of unblock accepted.[edit]
Like I said, I will "go away", respect my ban, and Will not attempt to edit Wikipedia for 1 year starting from the date of the block, User:Jpgordon I know as a veteren admin who opposed my WP:RFA in 2004, so when I do come back I will not ever attempt to obtain adminship!. - However, JP.Gordon's tone of voice scared me, and almost lead me to vandalize again, so waiting out my block for a whole year is justified, maybe even more to heal the wiki-sin I committed.
