Would the Fall/Liberation of Saigon be better? However, it was renamed within 24 hours of its capture. Thank you for notifying me. --Ionius Mundus 02:14, 24 July 2006 (UTC)

Yes, you are welcome, and suggestions to improve my edits are always welcome. --Ionius Mundus 02:18, 24 July 2006 (UTC)

Prod Tags

Hello,

I've noticed that you've prodded a few articles, however the tags have been empty. Please remember to place the prod tag in the following format: {{subst:Prod|REASON}}, replacing "REASON" with your deletion reason. It's also a good idea to save the page, then review your prod tag to make sure it looks right before you move on. Thank you for your participation in Proposed Deletion! — NMChico24 03:27, 24 July 2006 (UTC)

  • No worries. I have been doing this for months, and it still occasionally takes me 2 or 3 tries to get some of these templates to look right. — NMChico24 03:33, 24 July 2006 (UTC)

Spring3100

hi -- thanks for keeping an eye on this. I marked Spring and GT as sockpuppet/teer, and I guess I'll strike out one of their votes in the AfD. Sad to say, I don't have a lot of hope that the rest of the gang will be banned or disciplined. I found that AfD incredible discouraging. best, bikeable (talk) 19:13, 11 September 2006 (UTC)

Zongo ANI

Thanks for the update (and for the support!) Pascal.Tesson 22:28, 11 September 2006 (UTC)

Legal threat!

I just gave him the WP:LEGAL pointer; I reckon that's enough to start. If it gets out of control, you can escalate it, but I doubt it'll be necessary. It's funny how people jump to the free speech (or "speach") argument -- and if I'm not mistaken, you're in London, and not subject to the First Amendment in any case! best, bikeable (talk) 00:22, 12 September 2006 (UTC)

Please read my message directed to you at Talk:Tokyo_Dragons. Thank you. --Mark (Talk | Contribs | Email) 18:34, 13 September 2006 (UTC)

Bill Miller

Sorry - I misread and missed the grammy. There's no proper references, though, so the information in the articles not yet verified - if you could add some more refrences, etc, that would be great.

The mention of the Grammy's the only assertion of notability at all at pressent. No more bongos 17:01, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

You're right about the status of the article. I will keep it mind as another thing to get to eventually... For now i have piled on a few stub tags. Rest assured that an article on Miller does belong here and that there are sources out there to support it. It is not by chance that when you google the very common name "Bill Miller", the first hit is this guy's web site. -MrFizyx 17:23, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
Sorry, I was wrong to tag it. (No more bongos 17:24, 3 May 2007 (UTC))

Hello. You marked this article as being original research. Could you please provide some information as to why you believe this to be so? The article is a translation of the article on the Finnish wikipedia. It would be nice if you could leave some indication as to what has made you flag an article for whatever reason on the article's talk page. Thanks! -Yupik 18:50, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

I moved the above article back. Well done for being bold, and please continue to be so in the future, but in this case, as per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (ships), the article was correctly titled in the first place. Kind regards, Benea 13:51, 21 October 2007 (UTC)

Oops - upon re-reading it would appear that I did not read down far enough before moving. Sorry. I was a little tired yesterday. No more bongos 16:41, 21 October 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for reviewing me! It is greatly appreciated, in response to your comment i do agree there have been occasions where i have warned the wrong user, but that was due to the fact that i was using a program know as WP:VP, and it had a very bad bug at the time, one which was warning the wrong users for vandalism they did not do. If you were a user that i warned on accident i greatly apologize. Thank you, Tiptoety 20:24, 27 October 2007 (UTC)

That's quite all right, though it wasn't a proper review, just came across a page history somewhere with an anon IP complaining about being warned, nothing to do with me. I wasn't aware you were using VandalProof, that explains matters entirely... No more bongos 22:54, 28 October 2007 (UTC)

"Weak abstain"

  • This is an ED-based joke; someone would only use it to undermine the process. That's all. :/ JuJube 07:34, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
I don't really mind it, didn't disrupt in the context it was used - I know ED stuff is sometimes disruptive on here, but that doesn't mean that any ED-reference is disruptive in itself...maybe some people have slightly stronger views on the matter though - no matter. :) No more bongos 17:55, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

Thank you

for reverting vandalism on my userpage! By the way, I find the editing pattern of that IP quite intriguing for a newcomer - what do you think? Of course, it could just be somebody who took offence. No more bongos 18:16, 12 November 2007 (UTC)

My bet? It's probably someone who's taken offense, but probably not a new user -- there's a thread on AN or ANI, somewheres, I think... Gscshoyru 18:18, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
Yes, that's the idea I had as well, not quite cricket. Oh well, never mind. Thanks again! No more bongos 18:23, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
