What makes you think that this is a sock of shivamevolution? Please think before you block a user.after my own investigation i came to know that shivamevolution is the user who used to edit page called as "Shivam Patil". But have i done the same ever? Look into my contribution.I use internet form an open network, like 200 other people in my office. I am an employ to NewsX India Lucknow office and i am not responsible for the edits that have been done from this IP . This IP was provided to me by my office . I am only responsible for edits that i make using MY ACCOUNT.I just made a remark on "Shivam Patil's" talk page . Is that the cause of you having blocked me ? I should not be blocked because of the history of my IP adress.

Decline reason:

There's no doubt technically or behavior wise that you are from the Shivamevolution group and have indulged in everything from socking to outstanding legal threats.—SpacemanSpiff 06:35, 17 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Man! Why don't you trust me ? Please trust me . This is not a sock of shivamevolution. I have nothing to do whit that account. I am not associated to him . Why would i be associated to him ? We just have this IP address in common. And when have i given you a legal threat ? I have never given you a legal threat. What are you talking about?I am really unable to understand .I USE THIS ACCOUNT FROM AN OPEN CONNECTION LIKE 200 OTHER EMPLOY IN NEWSX OFFICE IN LUCKNOW.Why don't you understand ? You can even call up in my office and talk to my team leader, Ashish Kumar regarding the authenticity of this account . His number- 8795445046. Please sir, this is a genuine request , i have nothing to do with shivamevolution. Maybe he used the same IP . But sir , you should see the pages i have edited . I have never edited the page " Shivam Patil" just except posting a comment on his "Talk Page". nothing else at all sir. Please accept my request.

In response to your unblock request, I've run a checkuser on the suspected sockpuppet accounts, and reviewed your editing pattern. From my perspective, there are three possibilities. Firstly, that you are indeed editing out of Lucknow, and editing Talk:Shivam Patil, and there is another user who is doing the same and engaging in sock puppetry. The second possibility, is the blocking admin is correct, and you're the same person. The final possibility is that you are editing with other users in some kind of joint effort. Overall, based on the technical evidence, and your editing pattern, I consider the first possibility to be the most likely. In this context, I'm declining your unblock. I've read through this entire page as well as reviewed your contributions and, quite frankly, I don't believe it would benefit Wikipedia for you to be unblocked at this time. You communicate in a combative fashion, your comments regarding the ethnicity of other editors is completely inappropriate, and the veracity of your responses is doubtful. As you have expressed interest in the standard offer I have provided additional information regarding the process below. Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 21:14, 24 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I am not a sock of shivamevolution. I am not responsible for what shivamevolution did from this IP address. I use internet from an open connection, like other 200 people in my office. I have said this repeatedly. Please trust me with this. I would not try to get unblocked if i was guilty. I am trying hard because i know i ma not guilty. Being a new user, i am not aware of many rules on Wikipedia but i still wrote on my talk page that "i am not responsible for edits made from this IP adress before or after the creation of this account. I am only responsible for the edits i made from this account". That was clearly mentioned on my user page. Secondly, i am from Lucknow. Lucknow is my home town and if a ANY user from Lucknow has been blocked earlier once, that does not means that no other user from Lucknow can remain active on wikipedia. Thidly, wikipedia clearly says that a new user in not well aware of the rules of Wikipedia and he/she should not be blocked straight away. I was blocked without a warning. My IP adress matches to that of shivamevolution, but sir, i have no link to him.I don't even know who he is. And i can't do anything about this. This is an open network and i can't ask anyone else to stop using his connection. I am sorry for that. Sir please , i have NO connection with any "shivamevevolution". I just wrote a comment on the TALK PAGE of " Shivam Patil" which is the page edited by shivamevolution. You can check that comment on the page history. There was nothing objectionable in that comment . We have the right to speak and discussions are meant to discuss. I don't think it is wrong to express your views on a topic when an open discussion is going on . Please assume good faith WP:GOODFAITH , WP:DONTBITE , WP:NEWCOMER .

Even if you are not shivamevolution, this account will remain blocked because you have violated the WP:USERNAME policy by naming the account after the company that you and 200 other people work for. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 13:56, 19 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Right after this you also created User:Times Of India Official. Are you expecting us to believe that you work in all these places and it is a coincidence that they all are in the same IP range with the same editing interest? —SpacemanSpiff 14:39, 19 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

TRPoD aka The Red Pen of DoomCan you please stay away ? Please , for god sake, i know what you are up to. This is a sincere request to you , no wrong tone. For god sake, please do not write anything on my talk page. I have seen your talk page and i know what your style is . Thankyou so much for your help.I have applide for username change , if you can see and read.Do Not Reply ! NewsXIndia (talk) 16:16, 19 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Spaceman Sir. I have no connection with Times Of India or with any account that are linked with the group shivamevolution. Nither am i interested in editing any page they edit . I had just commented on the talk page, because i wanted to be a part of that discussion as i knew a few thing about that topic, being a journalist myself.I did not knew that it was disputed . And before posting any comment on that talk page , i edited "Shushant Singh Rajput". So no one can say that i am interested in editing any page edited by shivamevolution group. i have read the discussion and have investigated myself that they were interested in editing "Shivam Patil" and the above admin , RedPenOFDoom was involved in edit war and disruptive editing on that page as well. Well, i don't have anything to do with that . what i know is that i am not guilty .You yourself are an Indian and you very well know that we young, struggling journalist in India get 10-12 thousand per month and can't spend 1200 on internet connection and hence have to use an open connection. And i had specified on my talk page that "I am not responsible for any edits made from this IP before or after the creation of this account . I am only responsible for edits made from my own account " . Thankyou . Regards. I hope you will try to understand my point, being an Indian . NewsXIndia (talk) 16:16, 19 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have read this and I will not stay away. You have wasted the time of enough productive editors already and every sock unblock request of yours is pretty much the same. You have the option of standard offer now, but if you continue creating sock/meat puppets, then the chances of that is also diminished. And of course, a few days back you claimed your name to be something different, so none of your appeals ring true. —SpacemanSpiff 16:34, 19 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I asked TheRedPenOfDoom to stay away , and not you . And i am not a sock. Tell me about an standard offer? NewsXIndia (talk) 16:58, 19 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
In essence, Wikipedia's standard offer is:
  • Wait six months, without sockpuppetry (if applicable).
  • Promise to avoid the behavior that led to the block/ban.
  • Don't create any extraordinary reasons to object to a return.
Please review the standard offer for additional information.--Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 21:14, 24 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
