Banca Romana scandal[edit]

Thanks for adding to the Banca Romana scandal, indeed that is a crucial outcome of the scandal. However, there is no mention of "following the German model" in the article, and you provide no reference to support this. Thank you for your note. I have been looking again for the source where I saw that BoI was modelled according to Reichsbank, but I did not find it now. So, I removed the information.
The only realted information I found was a mention that the German capital was important in the transformation of other “state” banks into commercial banks as Italy aligned in that time with Germany and Austria: ‘Crisis and Reform: The 1893 Demise of Banca Romana by Marco Pani :: SSRN NeuP (talk) 13:00, 22 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
