Regarding the page Mulyeongari-Oreum, I have gathered from your message on my talk page that you are the author or copyright holder of the contents. (See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for instructions on how to submit your own copyrighted material that had previously been posted elsewhere to Wikipedia; the rule is that the content must be under the GFDL and CC-BY-SA licenses, which you can verify by posting a message to that extent at your website, or by e-mailing the Wikipedia mailing list.)

If you are NOT the copyright holder, then you can't include the content on Wikipedia in any substantive way (not even when the original senteces are rephrased somewhat). However, note that it's the presentation of facts that's copyrighted, not the facts themselves - you can indeed use the facts from an outside website in an article (when properly referenced), as long as you state them using your own words.
