Hi, I notice that you have ben adding information about the Bure Valley Railway to the article British narrow gauge railways. The BVR is not technically a narrow gauge railway - it is a miniature railway since it runs models of locomotives. I have added it to the article Ridable miniature railways instead. Thanks, Gwernol 09:09, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Bure Valley Railway is indeed a NARROW GAUGE RAILWAY and NOT a MINIATURE RAILWAY. The items of rolling stock are not classed as miniature models of full sized locomotives like at the Ravenglass or Romney. Although our gauge is the same you will see that with a gauge of 15", we have rolling stock of over four feet wide, therefore the classification to the narrow gauge section rather that miniature is relevant to the Bure Valley and we would actually be miss placed in the miniature railway section.
