When your AfC submission was repeatedly declined, it would have been better for you to actually address the issues rather than try to recreate the declined material in article space. The recreated article has been deleted. Please revisit your original AfC submission, rework it to our standards, and then your article stands a good chance of acceptance. Once again, you've tried to promote an unapproved article to mainspace. I've moved it back, here Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Kenya's Business Process Outsourcing Sector Study, although outright deletion was a possibility that I could have followed. The only reason I didn't is that the article does have potential, but you need to work on it first. Address the issues first! If you do this again, it may lead to your account being blocked. Hi, I am one of the people who have declined Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Kenya's Business Process Outsourcing Sector Study. The topic is so narrow that it is not notable. It would be better to expand the topic or work on something else. There would be plenty of other potential Wikipedia work on Kenya related articles, or outsourcing.
