NMA[edit]

Thanks Moose (if it's you, it's the Internet after all) for this - I was using the official website which is a bit unclear about the various personnel changes - and having never seen a gig outside Europe I obviously couldn't confirm it myself! Laura Jamieson (talk) 23:29, 7 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there[edit]

Hi Jason/Moose, I am an admin here at Wikipedia, and coincidentally a massive NMA fan since the late 80s. If there's anything you think could be improved as regards your article or any other NMA-related one, please let me know on my talk page or you can also head there and click "Email this user" on the left-hand menu. Hello, and thanks for your appreciation of what we did, and they still do.
I find all of this a little bewildering, as I was there, and know things, but can't add them through a lack of suitable citations, much to my frustration. I work in research these days, so I know things need to be evidenced, but stuff like having to prove my own birthday or my name is just tiresome.
I usually let most things slide, but that one comment about the prolonged gap between me and Stuart was annoying. I was at Stuart's last gig on the 10th May. I met the band and Tommy in the pub the next day and was offered an audition in Bradford on the 16th. I got the job after a second audition in London on June 1st, did my first rehearsal in the 4th, and my first gig on the 10th, exactly a month later.
Ah well...!
Oh, I should probably mention that there was another album out recently that needs adding to the article. A symphonic live performance recorded with an orchestra from Leipzig, I think. Mooseharris (talk) 15:23, 22 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
