Suspension of administrative permissions due to inactivity

Information icon Following a community discussion in June 2011, consensus was reached to provisionally suspend the administrative permissions of users who have been inactive for one year (i.e. administrators who have not made any edits or logged actions in over one year). As a result of this discussion, your administrative permissions have been removed pending your return. If you wish to have these permissions reinstated, please post to the Wikipedia:Bureaucrats' noticeboard and the userright will be restored per the re-sysopping process (i.e. as long as the attending bureaucrats are reasonably satisfied that your account has not been compromised, that your inactivity did not have the effect of evading scrutiny of any actions which might have led to sanctions, and that you have not been inactive for a three year period of time). If you remain inactive for a three year period of time, including the present year you have been inactive, you will need to request reinstatement at WP:RFA. This removal of access is procedural only, and not intended to reflect negatively upon you in any way. We wish you the best in future endeavors, and thank you for your past administrative efforts. I have a request for you...

@Misza13: Hi! I am making a bot called Roccerbot, and I need your help to make a category so that my bot can use it. Here's the list of pages that I want to make a category out of: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ASearch&profile=advanced&search=intitle%3A+%2Fsandbox&fulltext=Search&ns2=1&profile=advanced The category should be called User sandboxes. It already has a page in it, but add away! Will you do this for me? Thanks! PhilrocMy contribs 14:23, 6 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

(talk page stalker) Misza13 hasn't been active lately, so he's unlikely to act on this request. But I think the main discussion about your bot is at Wikipedia:Bot requests/Archive 61#User Sandbox Tag-o-bot, and you've already been shown a different way to get hold of a list of all the sandboxes. -- John of Reading (talk) 14:54, 6 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Archival delay request

MiszaBot_1 is set to archive Talk:Gamergate_controversy every 2 days. This is interfering with ongoing conversations, archiving them before they are resolved. Would it be possible to extend the minimum inactivity period to a week or a month? Not everyone has bidaily access to the net. Ranze (talk) 11:37, 14 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

(talk page stalker) @Ranze: Misza13 hasn't been active recently and is unlikely to see this message. But you can change the archiving delay yourself. Just click the "Edit" at the very top of the page, and look down about seven lines to see the instruction algo = old(2d). Change that "2" to some higher number, and the archiving bots will delay longer. But that is a very big talk page... -- John of Reading (talk) 12:20, 14 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
