Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on The Nichols-Chancellor's Medal, by Lurker (talk · contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because The Nichols-Chancellor's Medal is very short providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting The Nichols-Chancellor's Medal, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note, this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate The Nichols-Chancellor's Medal itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. --Android Mouse Bot 2 14:38, 19 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

reposted article[edit]

A tag has been placed on The Nichols-Chancellor's Medal, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as articles for deletion. If you can indicate how The Nichols-Chancellor's Medal is different from the previously posted material, or if you can indicate why this article should not be deleted, I advise you to place the template {{hangon}} underneath the other template on the article, and also put a note on Talk:The Nichols-Chancellor's Medal saying why this article should stay. An admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 4 under General criteria. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. We welcome your help in trying to improve Wikipedia, and we request you to follow these instructions. Lurker 17:53, 19 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nevermind the above message[edit]

Hello. You can safely ignore the above message. The article was indeed deleted once because the first version provided too little context to be of any use. The second version is perfectly fine however and I've expanded it a bit by providing references for the 2006 and 2007 awardees. It would be great if you can find similar references for the rest of the article's content. In any case, thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. Pascal.Tesson 02:29, 20 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
