Reason

Merond is a name I created, and it could easily get confused with my current user name Merond e (which is a full version of Merond, see below) if someone decided to create an account similar to mine to cause confusion.

Merond Eruedraith, from which I derive Merond e, is a name of my invention. While Eruedraith is derived from Arwen Undomiel - Name Translations, Merond is completely my invention. If someone were to try to create a page with that name, it would either be for ill intent (or simply attempting to imitate me) or out of sheer coincidence; therefore I think it is better that I create a doppelganger page to prevent this.

Confirmation

I decided to make it extra clear that this is my (Merond e's) account and that I am only using it as a doppleganger I will sign my name here with both accounts. You should not see Merond signed anywhere else, since it is just a doppleganger. M e r ond e is my real account.
