I might try WP:ANI, since WP:AIV is for persistent, individual vandals. If this vandalism is coming from one editor, go ahead and use AIV. That is, unless they're already there, or have been blocked already (check their talk page to verify this).

You reverted my contribution and I still don't understand why. All i did was chaniging the "Croatian Offensive STORM" to Croatian Operation Storm so that the readers can read the article about the Operation Sotrm if they are interested.--(GriffinSB) (talk) 12:38, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
