Translation operator article

Hi! I reviewed the article Translation operator (quantum mechanics) that you created recently (see: wp:reviewing). I tagged the article with some templates, as the article suffers some issues. It depends on only one reference (see: wp:references), has no wp:lead, and its style is too wp:technical, and hard for average user to understand. I've noticed that you removed those taggs ([1]). Why? This is not allowed in Wikipedia. You can remove the taggs if the problems are solved, but as far as I can see, the problems are still there. Read more about this here: Wikipedia:Tagging pages for problems. Please, do not remove taggs in the future.
