Kilobytes per second[edit]

Currently, kilobyte per second is inside kilobit per second, since both are very small subjects. Do you think they should be split out into separate articles, or perhaps the bit rate articles should all be combined into one? "KB/s" is often used in a binary sense by operating systems, unlike kbit/s, which is always decimal. — Omegatron 05:23, 13 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well since I didn't answer your question for almost 2 months you can probably tell that I don't have any brilliant ideas for organizing these topics. :-/ If I think of something good I'll suggest it on those pages.

Amiga[edit]

You edited out: ... Newer Amigas introduced software-handling of the sequence, but if the OS software doesn't acknowlege the key sequence in a short time...

Amiga 500 reboot is inmediate; The OS can't acknowledge the key sequence; Amiga 1200 can, I don't know with models have this feature and which models haven't but, definitivelly, some had it and some hadn't. -- Roc Vallès^Talk|Hist - 15:17, 10 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm, thanks, that does sound vaguely familiar. I know the A1000/2000/2500/3000 all had the keyboard give the OS a few milliseconds before the hard reset. I'll try to find a reference and clarify the entry. Mditto 06:24, 11 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
