Hi, I have been researching websites and reading books about the History of Greenbelt and am hoping to find additional online references to Dr. James McCarl who was appointed to be Dentist for the City of Greenbelt in 1938. There are several photographs of Dr. McCarl in the online catalog of the Library of Congress. I have been having technical difficulties(user error I'm sure)getting additional photos to upload.

Greenbelt is such a unique and interesting town. I have not heard of other instances in which the town physicians and dentist were appointed by the Federal government. I have referenced the book "Greenbelt: History of a New Town - 1937-1987", Mary Lou Williamson, Norfolk, Virginia: The Donning Company, 1987, p. 71-80, and several websites. Do you think this page is ready for publication? Thanks Mddds (talk) 17:02, 1 December 2009 (UTC)Mddds[reply]
