September 2013[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made a change to an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Email address[edit]

It's probably not a good idea to have your email address on your user page. See Wikipedia:User pages#Personal and privacy-breaching material. --Geniac (talk) 14:39, 13 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for November 1[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hello?[edit]

I was going to commend you on your recent work finding better sources, but you added dhallywoodworld.wordpress.com before I could do so. Please remove it. Do you understand why it is not a reliable source, and inappropriate for biographies of living persons? --Ronz (talk) 17:06, 10 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! --Ronz (talk) 16:23, 11 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Shakib Khan[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Geniac. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Shakib Khan seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. --Geniac (talk) 05:19, 18 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Shakib Khan. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Thank you. Please read MOS:ICON -- basically we are never to put flag icons in infoboxes in order to indicate citizenship, nationality, or where someone was born. Period. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
