Ali Lohan

[edit]

I reverted your change for two reasons:

  1. The text of the article says she hasn't accepted the role.
  2. If you click on troll, you will see that it doesn't take you to a movie

You need a source that passed WP:RS for Interpersonal, too. Last time I looked, there weren't any.—Kww(talk) 21:01, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Eiza González, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. A tag has been placed on File:Eiza Gonzalez.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Eiza González. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. You appear to be in a dispute with another user about the neutrality of part of this article. In future, please take any disputes to the article's talk page and do not remove the NPOV tag until the issue has been resolved. Thank you. A tag has been placed on Vidas al Máximo requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.

Replaceable fair use File:Shraddha Kapoor and Sabyasachi Mukherjee.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Shraddha Kapoor and Sabyasachi Mukherjee.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Geniac (talk) 03:56, 22 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Your recently edits to Shraddha Kapoor, has been reverted by me. Information icon Hello, I'm LogX. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living person on Shraddha Kapoor, but that you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. --    L o g  X   17:18, 23 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • stop Please stop editing the Shraddha Kapoor article until you have a better grounding in Wikipedia's policies regarding biographies of living persons and copyright. You are repeatedly adding information that is either entirely unsourced or poorly sourced as well as adding images that are copyright violations. Many editors have left messages here explaining why these edits are a problem, yet you do not respond to or heed any of the advice given. If you do continue to violate the biography, copyright, and sourcing policies you will likely find your account blocked, so please do read through the messages and links provided to you here.--Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 21:28, 24 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
This reference you included to support the second quote you added in this edit does not contain the quote you added. In addition, adding paragraphs of quotes regarding a biography subject's personal love life is hardly encyclopedic. I am asking you again - please stop adding material to the article until you have a better understanding of these, important, policies. It would also be helpful if you would actually communicate with the editors attempting to engage you in conversation. If you continue editing while disregarding policy, your account will be blocked.--Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 22:41, 24 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for violations of the Biographies of Living Persons policy. Despite the counsel provided above, you are still adding unsourced information to biography articles, and perhaps even more concerning is that you are falsifying sources when you do included them. In this edit you added another frivolous quote regarding Kapoor's romantic/personal life and referenced it to this website; in reality the quote is a mishmash of the actual quote and your own words. This absolutely cannot happen. Please take these 24 hours to review WP:BLP, WP:V, and WP:RS. It is imperative that you gain a better understanding of these policies prior to editing any additional biography articles. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 15:38, 26 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
