Mariaziona, I am an administrator here on the English-language Wikipedia and I have deleted the article, because we already have McMahon. You appear to have intended this for the Spanish Wikipedia, but the versions of Wikipedia in different languages are all written independently; articles are not transferred based on the language they are written in. So please register on the Spanish Wikipedia and create the article over there, at es:McMahon. It can then be linked to the existing articles here and on the German, Portuguese, and Russian Wikipedias. Also please note, when creating a draft, it's not enough to put your user name at the start of the page name - that is still article space. You need to create it in user space, beginning with User:Mariaziona.
