Decline reason:

The rules are pretty clear that you can not have multiple accounts, and that you cannot create a new account after being blocked as that is block evasion. Besides this edit warring and personal attacks are not allowed, and yet you admit to each and every single one of these in the unblock request. At the same time i see no indication that you understand or accept the reason for the blocks themselves, and as of such i do not believe that the same won't happen again after unblocking your account. Please can you unblock this account, as I have found it bang out of order that if you have a bad day, some people just wanna get under your nails not naming any of them, I believe that OK yeah so what I have a few accounts ranging from Mariahicky, MariaJaydHicky, MariaJaydHickment and MariaHickment 'cause what I don't understand is this if they block you permanently is that it? Just toss them like used tampons, I think it's unfair they should be allowed back and I'll argue this point with anyone, if we had to pay I dunno £40 for a new account I'd think sod it and leave it but seeing as we don't we should be allowed 'cause some times people on here just wanna busy body themselves and cause friction, I don't think blocking people is the answer, I was reading about a cooling off block and trust me no block should be allowed, unless if it was someone saying "I'm gonna find you and kill you" then yeah I can understand, OK so I got in a few edit wars but I feel that Wikipedia should be a no wrong/ or right answer, it's free it's look like you have to pay £0.99 per edit init?
