George_Washington#Death

Hey there RadioFan - It seems you added a 'who?' (citation-needed) to the following sentence "Friday morning, he awoke with a severe sore throat (either quinsy or acute epiglottitis)" of the Death section of the George Washington article. I have removed the template because the information is completely explained in Note #4 as well as the information/source material in Footnote 92(Vadakan) & Footnote 93(Wallenborn), which were placed at the end of the paragraph so the flow of the narrative wouldn't be disturbed. Jordan

Do independent sources say anything about Michael Jordan's exclusion from the NC Hall of Fame? Then it might be worth mentioning. As things stand now, the fact just comes across as trivia to me. There are all kinds of regional halls of fame out there. Jordan's already in the major HOF for his profession, so it doesn't really matter what the less notable ones do. Jordan has been elected but refuses induction. The text on the Hall's website is a kinder way of saying this. I believe this information belongs in the biographic article. Washington forensic images

You assert at File:Washington at 19.JPG (and presumably the others) that you "created this work entirely by myself". Did you actually make the recreations, or did you just take pictures? If you did not make the statues, who did? Magic♪piano 21:08, 23 November 2010 (UTC)

Photography is specifically allowed in the exhibit and it effectively meets the 4 criteria specified in the Copyright Act in 17 U.S.C. § 107 a) the character of use is educational in nature, b) the original work is factual in nature rather than creative, c) only a portion of the work is used here and only enough to represent the work, d) the use here in Wikipedia has no impact on the potential market for the original work. List of players who played only one game in the NHL

Earlier today you issued a vandalism warning to User talk:24.152.220.10. I do not believe his edit was vandalism, rather, it made a lot of sense. I reintroduced his edit with an explaination on the top. In several NHL articles where there are flags displayed, the Canadian Flag has been purposely left out to avoid visual clutter. Only if the player is not a born Canadian would their birthflag be listed. The article looks better this way and goes along with other articles, such as List of NHL players with 1000 games played and List of NHL statistical leaders. If you disagree, I welcome a discussion on the talk page of this article. I believe the warning issued to User talk:24.152.220.10 should at the least be rescinded as I do not believe the editor's actions were actually vandalism. The edit was poorly commented and appeared to be vandalism. It appeared to be a jingoistic action targeted at only Canadian players, something I'm not going to let happen while patrolling recent edits, particularly those from anonymous IPs. There is a lot of controversy across wikipedia about use of flag icons and generally the only legitimate removal of these icons is removal of all flags, not just one country's. If there is some other standard being applied here, I defer to your judgement.--RadioFan (talk) 22:54, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
