I cannot find any infomation on this artist. If they are not notable enough to be listed on the Internet, then they are probably not notable enough to be on Wikipedia. There is no link to a Wikipedia article for this artist, which is usually the point of listing a person, place or thing on the disambiguation page like you did. If you have a credible third party sources, then perhaps you should consider researching the artist and creating an article.
