August 2022[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm ArnabSaha. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Ram Setu (film), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.  Saha ❯❯❯ Stay safe  17:27, 24 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

September 2022[edit]

Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Please don't add/change financial figures as per will Ab207 (talk) 13:27, 1 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from adding, removing or changing genres, as you did to Adipurush, without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. Ab207 (talk) 14:37, 1 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Ponniyin Selvan: I, you may be blocked from editing. Theoder2055 (talk) 20:30, 10 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 72 hours for persistently making disruptive edits. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Doug Weller talk 12:41, 14 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It is important to give a valid resource and then insert it into the Wikipedia page to verify the information you place into it. You cannot change the box office numbers of Brahmastra: Part One just like that. I am sure your numbers are closer to the current situation but a rule is a rule and you need to give a valid resource before updating the page bro. Next time before updating the page just add a citation next to your box office update that justifies your update. Wikipedia verifiability rule page is here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Verifiability Read this kindly Don't do this in the future to avoid getting blocked like you have been in the past from what I can now see

Important Notice[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

To opt out of receiving messages like this one, place {{Ds/aware}} on your user talk page and specify in the template the topic areas that you would like to opt out of alerts about. For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, you may be blocked from editing. Twinkle1990 (talk) 14:19, 23 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop editing without reliable sources at Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire. SonaMani1 (talk) 11:42, 27 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. RetroCosmos (talk) 12:05, 27 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Aoidh (talk) 13:48, 27 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
