Fiona St. Claire[edit]
Hi. Welcome, again. I gather that this article was part of an attempt to establish a "background" for a fictional character in something being published on-line. Sorry, but Wikipedia doesn't do fiction: one of our fundamental principles is verifiability. So an article like that gets checked: best-selling author? Look up her and her works in Google Books or Worldcom. No trace - that's funny. Does the article cite references? Yes. Do they confirm what the article says? No, they are completely irrelevant - it's (weary sigh) yet another hoax article. Out it goes.
Even if the article had made clear that it was about a fictional character, I do not think it would have met our notability requirement, which requires showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject."
