Speedy deletion nomination of Tumba Laurent Fabrice

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Tumba Laurent Fabrice for deletion, because it's too short to identify the subject of the article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

I have declined the speedy deletion nomination, as I don't agree that the article is too short to identify the subject of the article: it is perfectly clear that the subject of the article is a Congolese footballer named "Tumba Laurent Fabrice". However, the article may still be deleted unless you can provide references to reliable sources. Those sources must achieve two things: they must verify that what the article says is true, and they must show that Tumba Laurent Fabrice is notable enough to be the subject of an encyclopaedia article. You may like to look at the general notability guideline and at Wikipedia:Notability (sports) to see waht sort of thing is needed. JamesBWatson (talk) 11:04, 27 January 2014 (UTC)
