Thanks for the info. I was able to trim down the article and the draft was -- finally! -- accepted. I wonder if also the foreign language characters were setting off the filter? Anyway, I trimmed down especially the "Scholarly Work" section and the draft was accepted. Thanks for the feedback and for the advice!

I saw your post to the false=positives report. Because you were trying to post such a long, detailed article, it is hard for me to tell what in the article set off the filter. Would you do this: break your article into sections, and post those as separate drafts (i.e., Draft:Givi Gacheciladze 1, etc.).
