Speedy deletion nomination of User:Kwerty2[edit]

Whilst the nominator of this speedy deletion was well within their rights, I have "declined" the speedy as deleting your user page seemed a little heavy-handed in the circumstances, but I have blanked the page instead per WP:USER. Please feel free to add appropriate material to your user page, but avoid using it as an advertising platform. If you need help, contact me on my talk page.
