Note for reviewing administrator this user is caught in the autoblock relating to User:Anjaliyadav8, since they share an IP. I have not blocked this account directly as a sockpuppet as I am not 100% convinced that this is the same user, however, I would invite you to review their edits and make your own decision. - (Non-administrator comment) I was going to start a SPI for this account and Pv.kalash because of the exceedingly similar edits (adding spaces to categories, making WP:ENGVAR changes and bad spelling changes, and creating an identical draft article about Neelansh koshta), but while I was off for lunch, Pv.kalash was blocked as a sockpuppet of Anjaliyadav8. I think it's safe to assume that Kumar.neelam is also the same user as Anjaliyadav8. --bonadea contributions talk 10:18, 9 October 2017 (UTC)
