You can't move it. It is always automatically placed below the lead or introduction - immediately above the first section heading on the page. BTW you don't actually write the article title as a heading above the intro - the page name is automatically formatted as a title heading. Roger (talk) 08:33, 4 August 2011 (UTC)

Why does this subject require an article?

I am concerned that this draft does not explain the notability of the subject. There should be something in the lead that justifies why an article specifically about mental health in Africa should exist. In other words, what is so special/different about the mental health issues affecting Africans that the topic needs to be treated separately from an article about mental health in general/globally? As I understand it there are social and cultural phenomema peculiar to Africa that impacts mental health there and differentiates it from the "western/global" view of mental health - this needs to be explained in the introduction. Once you have addressed that, I believe this draft will be ready to move to mainspace - if you need any help with that you're welcome to drop a note here, this page is now on my watchlist.
