[edit]Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that one or more recent edit(s) you made did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.
The edit summary field looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary, and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! yvanyblog(talk) 11:38, 15 November 2023 (UTC)
- Hello
- I'm new to the platform and truly appreciate your suggestions. Will implement going forward. Thank you. Kiar-dea44 (talk) 13:03, 15 November 2023 (UTC)
- Hi again
- I published the article in error before I could complete the Edit summary. Kiar-dea44 (talk) 14:10, 15 November 2023 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to Heritage Day (South Africa) because they seemed inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. - Hello
- The edit is noted and accepted. Thank you Kiar-dea44 (talk) 09:41, 19 November 2023 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page Pyramid, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:
- A "bare URL and missing title" error. References show this error when they do not have a title. Please edit the article to add the appropriate title parameter to the reference. (Fix | Ask for help)
Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 09:55, 19 November 2023 (UTC)
- Error undid and article reverted to original. Kiar-dea44 (talk) 19:23, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
I had to revert this edit, even though your copyediting changes were actually helpful. You removed several citation needed tags and replaced them with sources—but those sources said absolutely nothing about the subject of the article. Citations must match the text that they support, or they are worse than useless. A. Parrot (talk) 15:16, 19 November 2023 (UTC)
- Noted and accepted. Thank you Kiar-dea44 (talk) 14:55, 20 November 2023 (UTC)
Please be careful
[edit]No idea what happened here; more descriptive edit summaries would help. Also note the source you were trying to add is a WP:MIRROR. Sam Kuru (talk) 18:21, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
- Two more clearly-identified mirrors here and here. Please slow down and carefully evaluate the sources you are adding. Sam Kuru (talk) 18:25, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
- Will exercise more care. Thank you Kiar-dea44 (talk) 19:19, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
- Noted Kiar-dea44 (talk) 19:19, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
Again, the link to 'kiddle' that you used here notes very, very clearly that "Kiddle encyclopedia articles are based on selected content and facts from Wikipedia". The reference to 'en-academic' you added here and here very clearly notes "Wikipedia" in the header and credits "Wikimedia Foundation. 2010."
Additionally, your edit at Holub's golden weaver copied the material directly. We cannot do that; please use your own words. This creates a copyright violation, and repeated instances of this will result in this account being blocked. Sam Kuru (talk) 02:07, 28 November 2023 (UTC)
- Hello
- Your comments are noted. Thank you Kiar-dea44 (talk) 06:42, 28 November 2023 (UTC)
- You just immediately re-added the exact same mirror I warned you about above. Please consider this a final warning. Any further addition of fake sources will lead to this account being disabled. Sam Kuru (talk) 02:05, 1 December 2023 (UTC)
- Noted. Will be more careful. Thank you Kiar-dea44 (talk) 03:28, 1 December 2023 (UTC)

April 2024
[edit]Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Charlene Ruto. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. FuzzyMagma (talk) 18:57, 25 April 2024 (UTC)
- Hello. Looks like I accidentally made an edit on the old version of the Charlene Ruto article. Thank you for paying attention and correcting my mistake. Kiar-dea44 (talk) 14:37, 26 April 2024 (UTC)
