I'm sorry for my destructive actions. It was stupid and I promise I won't ever do it again. I know it was stupid, and immature, and I won't do it again. I swear. I'm curious to know why your sudden change of heart couldn't have taken place after one of the repeated warnings given above... given the circumstances of your block, I'm afraid that I can't see any reason to accept your assurances that you won't vandalise again. Absolutely not, that would constitute block evasion. Your new account would be blocked, and you would scupper any chances of getting this one back either.
