2005 AP Coach of the Year

Tubby Smith was not the 2005 AP National Coach of the Year. Bruce Weber was. Here is a link to a period newspaper proving this. In fact, Smith was not among the vote leaders for the award. Bruce Weber received 54 of 72 votes, Mike Krzyzewski had 6 and Al Skinner and Lorenzo Romar had 4 a piece. Where did you get this information? Smith was the SEC Coach of the Year - was he the AP SEC Coach of the Year perhaps? Rikster2 (talk) 18:40, 20 January 2016 (UTC)

Okay my bad. Under Wikipedia's AP College Basketball Coach of the Year page, it had Tubby Smith listed as the 2005 winner. I guess someone entered that information incorrectly. I was simply going off of that page. Thanks for noticing my mistake. Kentuckyfan16 (talk) 20:44, 20 January 2016 (UTC)
