As reviewing administrator, I deleted the article. but primsrily on the ground that it was an adverrtisment for the company. e.g. "IndiaFilings is aimed at making it easier for small businesses to easily start and grow in India." and similar. If you want to try again, please use the [[WP:Article Wizard. The references also need to be references providing substantial coverage from third-party independent reliable sources, not press releases or mere announcements The ref. from the GTimrs in particular seem to be disguised press releases, where the head of the firm says good things about it.
