Proposed deletion of Government ethics

The article Government ethics has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Muddled, circular definition that tells us nothing - each sentence repeats the previous one with increasing inaccuracy. It boils down to "government ethics is the ethics of government"

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
