Conflict of interest and violation of our Terms of Service by concealing your paid-editing status

[edit]
Information icon

Hello Joy.M. Your edits look as if you are being paid, such as the edit you made to Mobius Motors. Paid promotion is an especially egregious type of conflict of interest (COI)
Paid articles should be submitted through the articles for creation process. If you are receiving or expect to receive money for your edits, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post the disclosure on your user page at User:Joy.M. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Joy.M|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}.
If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. If you are being paid, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, please do not edit further until you answer this message. --Orange Mike | Talk 00:53, 2 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Help me!

[edit]

Please help me with... I declared conflict of interest on the Mobius Motors edit, but the changes have not been made? Is there something else I should do? How long does it take for articles to be approved once conflict of interest has been declared?

You need to use {{request edit}} on Talk:Mobius Motors and state what you want changed underneath it.
You'll notice that I made some changes on the {{connected contributor (paid)}} template to better reflect that you are being paid to do this. I hope I used the correct information, but correct me if I'm wrong. -- I dream of horses  If you reply here, please ping me by adding {{U|I dream of horses}} to your message  (talk to me) (My edits) @ 09:34, 25 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
